wow, what an opening. SO MANY PEOPLE .such a tiny firespace hazard, it was great. muh train sold right off the bat! will smith and todd baricklow were in the show, david best too. attaboy, jehly and corey also. drk and liz and brooke and josh showed up. ended up having dinner there too. post pics tomorrow, tonight is for sleep.

pipe fix = $3100. sbc fixed the phone for free. landlord was hintin' about raising the rent. i took a half day to handle muh bidness. worked on contract revisions till long past when i would have gone home had i been at work.

our landlord was out on saturday to rip up a bunch of the bamboo encroaching on the neighbors yard. he busted a pipe while doing it but he and his helper fixed it. water company let us know today that we still have a water leak. yipee!

woo bought a new mattress today. rather, my parents did as a 3 yr late graduation gift. i didnt need a mattress @ the time but lately i've been waking up sore from my nice little mattress-trench so it's time for a new one. it'll be interesting to see if this makes my weekend headaches go away.
