despite the kr7a being agp 3.0/2.0 compat, and the radeon likewise, there is an incompatibility between the two. ati and abit blame it on psu issues on the internet. diff psu didnt resolve the issue so i'm upgrading my mobo and cpu. this week has been extrememly frustrating.
